Soft Pastels

This class is perfect for pastel enthusiasts of all levels. Learn all about this versatile and fun medium by doing projects and exploring together, or bring your own projects and receive instruction based on your specific needs.  Pastels are so much more than a drawing medium!  Learn how to use some tricks and tools that will create pastel paintings, rather than drawings.
 
Supplies:
Pastels and paper are provided for the first class.  You are welcome to continue using the provided pastels for subsequent classes but will need to bring paper or other substrates (we will look at them together in the first class) for future classes.
Some other supplies you may find useful (but not necessary) are pan pastels, pastel pencils, make-up brushes, pastel applicators, make-up sponges and conte or nupastels
